Ethics in Education

Morality is not a convenience for issue but matter of good practices in every space sphere of life. The connection between morality and education is very old and important.Todays looking at the changing nature of education and modern approach,there have been many changes in education due to which society has also changed. As man become educated, his values and evils started increasing in the society. Keeping all these in mind, the need for morality in education is felt to be very important.Corruption is spreading its wings in education today, which is rapidly eroding educational value.Ethical leadership and decision - making in education.Those in the role of educational leadership must always act in the best interest of the student But unfortunately this process is not straight forward. Therefore ethics can hardly be list of a action or rules For this this teacher must be able to critically evaluate their own action and reflect on their practice, their relationships and the effects of their actions so that ethics in education can develop smoothly.
