Teachers play a central role in society, guiding and motivating students, and shaping their knowledge, character, and future. They serve as the foundation of the education system and as agents of social change. The teacher-student relationship is often compared to a potter and clay, where teachers mould students' character and intellect. Teachers also serve as mentors and role models, fostering critical thinking, moral values, and respect for diversity. In addition to academic instruction, they help students recognize their strengths and weaknesses, guiding them toward personal growth and innovative thinking.
