The One Health concept is an integrated approach that emphasizes collaboration across multiple disciplines to achieve optimal health outcomes. It recognizes that the health of humans, animals, and ecosystems are interconnected. This approach is particularly important in addressing zoonotic diseases, food safety, and environmental risks. Need for Integration in Health Administration and One Health concept - The integration of health administration with the One Health concept is essential due to the increasing prevalence of global health challenges. Pandemics such as COVID-19, antimicrobial resistance, and climate change require coordinated efforts across sectors. Fragmented health systems are unable to effectively respond to these challenges.
